I am so thankful for Sturgis Wareing!! My son has had a road trip planned for months and just days before he was set to take off, our Bronco needed a water pump. They got it in and had us back on the road in 24hrs and there were zero hiccups with the road trip plans!! This is not the first time they have helped in a pinch. A BIG shout out to Wareing Sturgis Ford for caring enough to inspect Sabrina's 2025 Ford Explorer after the COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEM abruptly engaged and the brakes locked throwing us into the dash. McKie Ford did not want to look at it because the Engine Light was not on. She even bought it from McKie Ford, brand new !!
Wareing Sturgis Ford got us right in and updated the vehicle software, which apparently included a Camera and Sensor calibration !! Weird......

Best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I purchased a used F350. "As is no warranty" There was a shimmy in the front end when I left with the truck that wasn't there during the test drive. I contacted Jaclyn who was the sales rep. Brought my Ford Ranger in for its first oil change. The service department was great. Got me in quickly with minimal wait time and the price was super reasonable. Found my new Ford dealer.
Very courteous. Extremely professional and willing to work with me.
Walk right in. Told them that I had appointment. Ok. Got my self a hot chocolate and before I noticed they were done with the oil change. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. All with a smile.

Wareing Sturgis Ford service department was very courteous and professional as I had my adaptive cruse control repaired and my oil changed.
For the second time I took my truck in to get a recall fixed and a new seat belt assembly replaced. It would take me an hour to explain everything. After a total of three hours, nothing got fixed. Bottom line, The wrong recall part was sent and the wrong seat belt assembly was sent. To add insult to injury it’s a 1 1/2 hours drive to get to the dealer. And now We have to take two vehicles and leave my truck. I never had any problems with the previous owner of the dealership

The AC unit went out on the way to Yellowstone. McKie Ford dealership were very rude and did not want to even help us at all. Wareing Ford worked us in and was able to get us fixed for a ride back home! Super nice people!!! Highly recommend this dealership! McKie maybe the biggest but they sure aren't the best when it comes to customer service!
We were stopped on our way from Mt Rushmore to Deadwood and Devil’s Tower pulling a 30’ trailer when our truck wouldn’t restart. We got a jump and found we had other electrical issues. Wareing Sturgis Ford was the closest dealership and so we called. Cameron told us to come on in. We assumed our day was toast but in less than 25 minutes Cameron not only diagnosed the problem but had the battery replaced and got us on our way! We get to continue our day not missing a thing! This dealership is all about helping you the customer. We had great help with finding the right truck for us. Wow. I wish I could leave more than (5) stars. No joke. I was on a family vacation last week in the Hills and we started having transmission issues driving the steep mountain hills. Wareing Ford was the only dealer in a 2 hour radius that was willing to try and squeeze us in on short notice. Purchased f-150 from McKie Ford and they did not honor their 90 day warranty and would not even provide a courtesy call, return calls or respond to written letter. Went to Waring Sturgis Ford and the they treated me with respect and provided unconditional support. Problem was solved. Next purchase will be through Waring Sturgis Ford..
Everyone I spoke with was great. However there is no more free car wash with service unless you ask. The new owners raised prices too much. I will look elsewhere for service.

We wanted a cargo van to convert into a camper van. We worked with Ed. We were told by another dealer it would take at least two years. Ed said it could but he would do some checking around. I took my Ford Expedition into Wearing Ford of Sturgis for a routine service. Upon examination of my vehicle, it was discovered that I had an uncoupled tie rod on my back right wheel. Matt, my service attendant took control of the situation, ordered a new tie rod, knuckle and bolts for the vehicle, and had them set up for overnight delivery for installation the next day.
