Wareing Motors Annual Food Drive

At Wareing Motors, we take pride in supporting the communities we serve, especially during the holiday season. This year, we’re continuing our tradition of giving back through our Annual Food Drive—and we’re doing things a little differently to make an even bigger impact.

Instead of collecting food items, we’re focusing on monetary donations to maximize flexibility and meet the most pressing needs of local families. Here’s how you can get involved:

• Round Up for a Cause: When you visit our parts or service departments, you’ll have the opportunity to round up your purchase to the nearest dollar. Wareing Motors will match these donations up to $10 per transaction.
• Give While You Shop: For every vehicle sold between Black Friday and New Year’s Day, we’ll donate $100 toward our goal of raising $5,000 at each of our locations.

All donations will go directly to local organizations that make a difference:

• Sturgis Location: Funds will support the Kiwanis Food Pantry, helping stock their shelves for families in need.
• Belle Fourche Location: Donations will benefit the Belle Fourche Ministerial Association’s Compassion Cupboard, providing essential resources for our community.

“We believe monetary donations allow our community food banks to better respond to the unique needs of those they serve,” said Jim O’Byrne, General Manager of Wareing Motors Belle Fourche. “This way, they can purchase exactly what’s needed most.”

Every contribution counts, no matter the size. As Tim Kugler, General Manager of Wareing Motors Sturgis, shared, “Your donation helps ensure families in our area can have access to the meals they need. Together, we can make a real difference this holiday season.”
